Moment-to-Moment painting is an intuitive process and practice which utilizes the flowing medium of paint for self-discovery, experimentation and contemplative expression.
Amy utilizes dream exploration, writing, drawing, body and breath awareness, meditation, TRE, EMDR, Moment-to-Moment Painting, and talk therapy to access the lesser known parts of ourselves.
—
Amy offers Moment-to-Moment painting in group and individual sessions.
Amy welcomes clients who want to go ‘deeper’ with personal growth—those who want to release the negativity that blocks their path to a more embodied and spiritually-connected life.
